The Requirement
Ap16 recognised that many corporate companies arranged small-to-medium sized conferences and events, and used large web services to manage their online participant registrations. The issue that many had was that these large suppliers could not provide the level of support they required for their budget.
Key features of the offering must allow an events organiser to upload a companies logo, corporate colours, fonts and images.
It was also important that banner advertising and two tiered page structures could be implemented allowing the creation of a comprehensive web presence, and added revenue streams for an event.

RegisterOnline4 evolved through the recognition that industry professionals needed a PAYG, low risk event registration system to reduce associated administration costs. After the initial creation of the base product, a number of industry experts came in to test and evaluate the system – in order for us to create a flexible solution which would add real business benefits to any organisation using the tool.

Content managed website – RegisterOnline4 can be used as a replacement for an existing website - you can quickly create a professional website without the need for technical expertise.
Registration pages – fully customisable questionnaires allow an event organiser to ask their delegates anything.
Secure Payment – RegisterOnline4 supports PayPal and SagePay allowing delegates to pay for events securely, 24/7. Of course free of charge events can also be handled.
Reports - allow a business to search for and target any of their delegates to send personalised emails, SMS’ and letters. It also allows registrant lists to be made for accurate counts.
